More on Moscow’s Dog Poisonings

Earlier (here) I posted about the poisonings of both stray and pets dogs in Moscow and how the reports I had read claimed that the “dog hunters” who were leaving out poisoned meat were doing so for the “sport” of killing animals. However, an article (here) from the London Daily Telegraph suggests that their motivation is actually concern that the dogs are a danger to children and perhaps they are being provoked by the frequent reports about dog attacks carried in Moscow’s tabloids.
